I have been riding since I was five years old, starting out at a small barn in Illinois, and quickly moving to top level show jumping facilities to follow my passion. I started my journey competing in the hunter ring and in 2018 I began competing in jumper classes. More recently, I have begun competing in equitation and hunter classes borrowing any horse available. I have been training with Cristi Caruso as my head trainer and also work with Isadora Duhaime, Louise Graves, Christoph Schroeder, and Joe Fargis. My competition highlights include 1st in the MTHJA High Children’s jumper (2019), 1st in the NSBA Children’s Medal 15-17 3’(2021, WEC), high placings in 3’ hunter rounds at WEC Ohio, and many high placings in the high children’s and 1.15 jumper classes.
– Competed Leviticus in Low Juniors
– Competed Sleight of Hand to 1.15
– Competed Captain RW in 3’ hunters, equitation, and medals
– Competed Leo in 15-17 (3’) Eq, Hamel Medal (3’3)
I am currently a junior at Harpeth Hall School In Nashville, TN and am prioritizing my academics. When I am not at the barn, I enjoy spending time with my friends, family, and other pets. I also enjoy spending time serving with Room In the Inn, a homeless shelter in Nashville that I support very often through my church, school, and free time.
Being given the opportunity and privilege to ride at a collegiate level would show me that my hard work and commitment to the sport has paid off. I would be able to give my full time and energy to the sport I love most, while simultaneously gaining an important education.
